Recently the country commemorated the 4th Anniversary of the Marikana Massacre which saw 34 miners shot down in the North West mining town by police. The company they worked for, Lonmin, has come under scathing attack for their alleged continued failure to provide adequate housing for miners and their families, as well as decent wages. Executive Director of the The Bench Marks Foundation John Capel joins Tim Modise this evening to take a look at the case of Lonmin and what they’ve done since that fateful day.
